Getting Beyond False Assumptions

The "World" is tearing you down something fierce! I marvel at how well you've stood up to the forces however. The "key," as I've told you before is to develop your highest form of intellectual reasoning which, of course is FAITH in God's Word. But first you must know how to unlock its mysteries, its secrets, plumb its depths. One requires "The Key" and that requires person to person, one on one instruction from one who has obtained it. It is attainable still, but OUTSIDE of RELIGIOUS SYSTEMS. Once you have obtained it you will then be one of those rare people who "KNOW and KNOW that they KNOW!" I wish I could tell you just how powerful this system of KNOWLEDGE can be in your life, but I think you already know!! There are some powerful factors in your life that are preventing you from obtaining this "Key" but I can assure you that your ONLY investment will eventually be a couple of hours a week of study. This investment of "time" looking into a variety of topics will prove to be the best investment a person could possibly make in their life. I am presently taking my next door neighbors, their sister and a few others through the studies. The topics we cover are very basic and fundamental. But the "Key" is to make absolutely sure that what we believe about each of these topics is not a "FALSE ASSUMPTION." Many people "assume" they already know and understand the Biblical definitions of these topics, the "key" words, ideas and concepts. Unfortunately, they have had their "cosmic consciousness" altered by the "Collective Consciousness" that has sown the seeds of pre-conceived ideas about the Bible into their minds and hearts. All I do is show where these false assumptions, should they exist in the person's mind, conflict with the original idea that Jesus taught his disciples. Of course there was only one original gospel in the beginning when he taught them. It wasn't long before the original gospel corrupted in both its doctrine and in its practice within the Church. Warning after warning was given by the writers of the New Testament books including Jesus himself. Warnings that went unheeded and eventually The Faith was all but lost. Replaced by what the apostle Paul calls a "false gospel" (read Galatians chapter 1). This "counterfeit gospel" has been growing steadily and consistently for the past 2,000 years while the Truth has only been sought out and found by small groups throughout the ages. If you think this might sound a little "exclusive" or "cultish" I can reassure you that history will repeat itself very shortly in that episode of the Jews expecting their Messiah to deliver their nation from the occupation of the Roman Authorities and due to their "pre-conceived idea" and "false assumptions" about the prophecies concerning their Messiah, they crucified him. They imagined him to be the "Lion of the Tribe of Judah" that would set up the old throne of King David's kingdom. Even his own disciples thought he was to set up the ancient "Kingdom of Israel (God)" and banish all foreigners from their land. As history has shown, it didn't happen that way at all. Jesus had to conquer the greatest enemy of God and man first.
Now, do you know what that enemy is? It comes in a variety of forms in our lives but is a very real, dynamic force of nature which we must be able to clearly identify before we can ever hope to conquer it.
